thank you, other people have reported today in that post, that EA help gave the bundle to their account, so that is what I would like to happen

Thank you so much for the patience here so I just got this case investigated by the concerned team and am happy to tell you that you’ve nothing to worry about, looks like a few other players have reported this issue as well, however, the good news here is that the studio is already aware of it and is already working on a fix, it’s getting rectified as we speak, thanks for your patience on this one and again do not worry we got your back on this one.

As per the investigation, I have found that this is a known issue to us. Our dedicated teams are working hard on the issue to fix it at earliest. I would request you to please keep an eye on our official Website and Social media page for further updates and information.

Mxxxxx, I understand your concern. However, I checked this with my resources and it is a known issue. You do not have to worry as you will be receive it if you are eligible. Is there anything else I may assist you with?

@EA_Atic this is getting beyond a joke.
I just asked support to again, give me the bundle.
They initially said they can't, then they said they have awarded me the bundle. Checked my account, and it worked. Thank you.
I was in live chat today and they told me it is a known problem but they cant do anything right now, so I have to wait until it gets fixed and wait for further info on the official site.
But here you say to contact the support so they can fix it.
Should I try to contact again and again until there is someone thats know how to do it? ... :/
Edit: I tried again and the second employee did also not know how to fix it. He spoke to his "higher ups" and got me the same standard answer to wait for further info on social media...
After saying again that there is an official response here directly telling people to contact support and they can help, he said he leads the case to the dev team to look into it... what is going on here?
Should i keep contacting support until I come across one employee that knows how to fix it? :/
Yep, this is the second time I've reached out to live chat and they're giving me the exact same copy paste responses that everyone else is getting. This is just too frustrating.
Hi, @EA_Atic I’m missing the bundle as well.I’ve pre-ordered the ultimate edition back in December 2021. Returned to play the premium battle pass for season 1 worked but the steadfast bundle is missing.
Just spoke with EA Help live chat they have resolved it. 🙂

Even after I sent a link to this thread and your answer, I got only standart answers like "known issue, wait for info on social media etc." ...
Click on the EA help center at the bottom of this page. I believe it’s the “need help with a game” option.
There should be a link for EA help and an option for live chat with an EA agent.
Thats what I did the first two times aswell.
I just tried it again... After the third guy was saying he cant help me because i bought the game via steam and not via origin I insisted and said that the steam version also runs over origin...
And suddenly he was able to add the missing content to my account.
Its frustrating you have to contact three different employees and still have to insist on solution that is given by their own community manager.
Definitly the worst support experience i had with a game so far.
Its nice that you get someone to help that fast via live chat, but if only a small percentage is really able to help i would rather wait a couple of hours for an answer than writing with someone that doesnt know how to solve such problems.
Community ManagerHi, I'm currently a returning player. I had originally pre-ordered the Ultimate edition of the game back on release, I originally came back at the start of Season 1 but I have not received my Steadfast bundle, I meet all the requirements for it. Ive tried installing and reinstalling on my xbox but nothing. I spoke with customer support on this issue and to put it to basic terms, I was told "Sorry we cant help you, you're basically SOL"
