I know I'm new here on the forums, but I've been in the saga since BC2 and as a member of the battlefield community I have information that may be useful to you or so I hope. After doing many tests I have found a bug that may be related to the black screen issue, which I detail below:
When the game starts, at the bottom is the menu where you can change the class, specialist, weapon and accessories. If you follow the following steps you will be able to see the bug:
1. Select a class (by default you will have the weapon used in that class)
2. Select the weapon and the menu of all weapons will open
3. Move the mouse to any weapon other than the currently selected one, press the ESC key and the weapons menu closes
4. Right click on the weapon as if you were going to modify the weapon's accessories and press ESC again to return
5. At that moment your weapon is changed to the last one that was left with the mouse over it when the weapons menu was open and you moved the mouse.
This bug happened to me and I started the game and I myself was wondering how my weapon was changed for another without me changing it, this causes the skins that I had selected in the specialists to return to the default skin, it only happened in the class of assault and recon, I also realized that it happened to me when I had certain grenades selected, based on this I began to do many tests to avoid the black screen, as a final result I did the following:
1. Select the collection menu > specialists menu and remove all the specialists' skins, I had the red and black skins (T1), remove them one by one and select the default uniform as well as the default helmet.
2. Select the classes menu and in each of the classes select the slot where you choose the grenade and select the throwing knife.
3. Once these changes have been made, close the game and start it again, play and try not to get a black screen at the end of the round.
In point two you can try selecting the incendiary, smoke or EMP grenade and tell us if it works for you, but do not select the spring grenade or other explosive grenade.
I hope this temporary solution helps you to play without problems.
