After turning on secure boot in bios with no success. I reset keys and bf is up and running.

My PC doesn't boot anymore after enabling secure boot, not even see the BIOS anymore. What a complete f-up. I hope I'll manage to fix it this weekend else I personally drag the first EA employee I see to my house and he can stay until he fixed it. Some people do more with their PC than just some games.
Wonder what complete incapable person thought this was a good idea.

ozboz which video card do you have? Some video cards aren't compatible with secure boot. You might have to reset the BIOS settings by removing the motherboard's battery or shorting the BIOS reset jumper.

I've actually two, I use my PC to render a lot. It's a 3090 and a 4090. Still an oldie CPU though, i9-9900k.
I've tried to reset the BIOS but it keeps all screens black. So now I'm trying to connect my display to the MB output so far no luck.
I think the booting just hangs on a BIOS setting or has a message on screen the BIOS is reset. I just don't see anything.
What I want to try next is disconnecting both my GPUs so I at least know it will hopefully use the iGPU.
Thanks for thinking along! Any other clues are also welcome, it's a rainy day anyway.

I've my PC back! Since maybe more people get super angry with EA, but prefer a working computer before working BF2042...
- Disconnect power to PC
- Disconnect GPU's, I just pulled both our their slot.
- Reset the BIOS by a screwdriver or whatever to short the pins, see manual where the pins are located
- Resetting the BIOS makes sure your iGPU is enabled again (for me it was disabled)
- Be sure to have a monitor connected directly at the motherboard (for me it's an HDMI connection)
- Turn PC on again, after you connected the power again
- You will see a message BIOS is reset and you can load in an old profile if you saved any. Just make sure you disable the secure boot.
- Save your updated settings and let the PC boot again so you're at least in Windows again
- If that worked, turn the PC off again
- Insert the GPU(s) into their slot(s)
- Go into BIOS to disable the iGPU if you want, or just keep it enabled for now
- Start Steam or the EA App
- Uninstall BattleField 2042
- Write a post at this forum to ventilate what a bloody stupid idea this secure boot thing is
- Sell all of remaining EA stock.
- Buy RoadCraft, it's super relaxed and works better than mindfulness.

If you only get black screens as well, I described the way I got my PC running again here: https://forums.ea.com/discussions/battlefield-2042-technical-issues-en/secureboot-is-not-enabled-this-is-how-battlefield-2042-became-unplayable-/12215982/replies/12240310

2 GPU's? And 4090 and 3090 together? That's interesting project but definitely makes those things here bit more challenging. May I ask how did you manage to make those 2 work together? I have planned to add 5080 or 5090 to my 4080 Super.

If you want to just give up then up to you and have a nice gaming with whatever game you play next. If you would like to continue enjoying br series then please send your motherboard manufacturer's name and model name.
