Hi @Player_g1gatd4a If you think that whoever is running the server has broken a rule then the best thing to do is to report them through the in-game options or to EA Help (help.ea.com). The information would be passed to EA's Terms of Service team, who would investigate and take whatever action they deem correct (N.B. it may ultimately be that no action is taken).
However, it may be worth bearing in mind that whoever is running the Portal experience can effectively remove anyone, just the same as they could with the old rented serves in past titles, and doing so is not necessarily against the rules.
