Significant performance loss on Polaris GPUs after 1.0 update

I have a GTX1060 and after 4.1 i literally cant play the game. 140 hours of gameplay and now it feels like im trying to run the game on a toaster.

    @mychickenisburnt So far it seems older GPUs are affected, though not all. I seen a couple people on high-end GPUs but you know, going from 140 to 100 is less inconvenient than sub 60FPS lol. Thanks for the report

      Added a YouTube video showing a snippet of the performance I'm now getting with Afterburner enabled and such.
