I gone thought easter egg on my friend account and didnt get last reward. Its a Silver spear skin for Angel. I got every player card for unlocking it and reapiting easter egg didnt help me either. My friend account name is maffshikinami.
I am missing the Silver Spear skin for Angel, despite having completed the necessary steps and having the player card backgrounds awarded. At the time I first completed the steps, the skin was not active. However, I did complete the steps again in full once the skin was reactivated for the Battlefield: Redux event this week for Season 4. I was not awarded the skin.

While not guaranteed to work, sometimes playing a round of Portal gives the award server a prod. Might possibly be worth giving that a try if you haven't already (just remember to stay on the server until the next round begins).
Didnt helped me
I did the narrative multiple times and the skin was not rewarded. I had the player cards from the 1st time the narrative was released and I was only missing the skin.
Did the easter egg aswell but didn't get the Angel skin.
