My current situation is:
I got 2042 a few days ago, and immediately had the issue of it getting stuck in a loop on the loading screens. Every now and then, after loading for awhile, it would get to the Main Menu. On any server afterwards, I experience heavy lag in-game.
I checked my graphic drivers and theyre up-to-date. My system is also up-to-date. I turned off the Discord overlay and it helped a little bit in both launch and game, but still the same issue. I contacted support and was later told to clear cache in both the "admin" user folder and the battlefield 2042 folder. This did alleviate longer waiting times to open the game. But now I am still experiencing lag issues in-game during online play. I was then told by support to make a bug report for it may be an in-game bug.
If I can at least solve the lagging issue, it would be tolerable for the wait upon launching. But if launching wait time can be fixed a little more too, that would be great.
