slow movement then ping timeout disconnect, xbox 1

Hi I use the menu-conquest to play and the server list.

Doesn't matter which. My player runs like he got 500 lbs on his back.

No way he moves as fast as other players.

Then I get disconnected. The game is putting me on high ping servers

even those that are on the server list saying 33 ms ping.

I am in florida, I have north america selected and only north america.

Had a xbox series s but returned it cause of memory errors when playing.

the settings/network test shows no packet loss, 33 ms ping, open nat

and I am on a 300 mb line, no wireless and controller is wired to xbox

any ideas?

NOTE: i got bf4 installed and have plenty of speed.............

something about 2042 eh?   you think??
