To answer your question, no, I am not an EA member, but a player like you who tries to help players in difficulty. Here are the steps I will ask you to take : play the game, wait for it to crash, then go to the Windows logs (event) and send me the error, then send me a DxDiag.
To open it just tap "event" in the Windows search bar and open it. Go in "Windows logs" > "Application". If you see an error, send me a screenshot of it.
And a DxDiag :
Press the Windows and R keys at the same time.
Type DxDiag in the window that appears, then click Save all information and save the file wherever you want.
Then drag and drop the file here, then click Share - add the .txt file as an attachment.
