Summarize your bug Every time I want to start the game, it gets stuck on the intro cinematic looping ad infinitum.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game?
What happens when the bug occurs? I launch game through the EA app, game boots, gets stuck on intro cinematic which keeps looping and looping and looping and looping and looping.
What should be happening instead? Game should launch normally
I have sunk around 100 hrs into the game since you added classes (to a Battlefield game? absurd!) and I'm actually enjoying a surprising amount of it.
All of a sudden a couple of days back this bug started occuring. No hardware, firmware or apparent software updates were installed. Just BAM. Out of the blue.
1. I had OneDrive installed, but it hasn't been running for months. I deleted it after the bug started.
2. I've reinstalled the game to another SSD
3. I have deleted the documents folder and repaired the game
This has actually been a workaround to the problem, but the * up thing is that I need to at least repair the game EVERY TIME I WANT TO LAUNCH IT.
This process only takes like 5 mins, but what the hell?!
Now you're gonna tell me that it's my fault for using a normal PC to try and play the game, when in fact I should be playing it on a quantum computer in a fictional parallel universe where Microsoft OneDrive doesn't exist or come preinstalled on all PCs, but guess what... I had a similar bug where I couldn't launch Battlefield V for OVER A YEAR after having played it perfectly fine for more than 100hrs as well. THAT ISSUE ALSO PERSISTED OVER SEVERAL PC BUILDS.
