I'm having an identical issue on the ps4, I have not been able to play a single game, on any game mode.
Roughly 80% of the rounds I join, the game lags out after a few minutes and sends me back to the home page. It counts the kills/equipment uses, but almost always lags out midway.
I’m on a 9ms wired Ethernet connection, in-game ping is usually ~23ms. Computer is more than able to run 2042. This has started since Update #3. 2042 is the only game/program that I’ve experienced this.
Do I have any options to fix this? Is there something in the PROFSAVE_profile.cfg I could change to fix? Drivers (for GeForce and Ethernet card) are all up to date.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
try to verify the integrity of game files. Many people reported that it fixed that issue for them.
Thank you! I haven’t lagged out to home page for a few games. Very easy fix I had no idea about.
Cancel that, it didn’t fix it. Still freezing out halfway through a match. Are there any other options to try?
