When I select conquest or hazard zone my game starts loading into the game mode, goers to the map screen and says standby, showing the map I’ll be playing on but will never load past this screen. It just sits there saying standby, I’ve waiting 15-20 minutes a few times in hopes it would work. It’s been like this all day. I’ve gotten into a game 1 time. While stuck on this screen there’s no way to get off of it without restarting the Xbox console.

I'm still experiencing that issue.I've uninstall the game and re-install it again. update button at Origin is available even after fresh re-install.Try to join a game with no luck.This is how its look like: https://vimeo.com/703146099I cancel crossplay and join a game - it work but I cannot tell if its the problem as I able to join a match once in a while even if crossplay is on.For example, I enable crossplay again and it work also, and I didn't try again since.EDIT:"Double NAT" was active from my ISP side, which means that I got external IP address and another virtual IP which I can only see at the router's administrator settings.It means that if you forward ports it just wouldn't work because the ports never forwarded to the right IP and basically block from ISP side.When that "double NAT" disabled I got brand new IP that I set to static, and then forward the ports that I mention to that specific static IP.It maybe work even without forward the ports, just by disable that "double NAT" thing. In my case I took no prisoners and forward those ports.All BF2042 mods I've tested right now work without issues, first time from game release at November.Cheers

There is nothing happen when I click to join on server list.Turn off cross-play won't help. This happened over 2 days. Yesterday I can join only 1 match.

Hello, I am trying to play BF 2042. When I am joining a game, no matter if alone or in a group, it kicks me into menu. I can play in pve against bots but not pvp against other players. There is no error code or smth, just a another loading screen before im back in menu. Any solutions?

@AzarasGER having similar issues. I can play bf2042, bf bad company 2. But when I try playing bf3 or 1942 it let's me in the game I run around a little and it just kicks me into the main menu

Can't join anything on ps5. My Internet speed is 200mb wired. I get no issues in any games. In portal broswer pressing X doesn't initiate joining. Only solution is to restart game from ps5 menu or disconnect from the Internet then reconnect. Basically give your deivce a static IP. This can be done different ways depending on the device, the router, and the internet provider.Still don't know if this is an issue from EA servers or internet providers.I found people with the same issue on PC, PS5, and XSX. From different parts of the world. So I really think it's an issue from EA servers and it needs to be fixed if they care

I'm sure this topic is here somewhere but here it is again.
I'm not getting any errors. Simply cannot get into a game.
My squad fills up while we're supposedly getting loaded into the game but nothing happens. Eventually I get kicked back to the main menu.
They said this was getting worked on. I believe they said at one point today that it was fixed.
Obviously it's not fixed.
This has been a rough launch but I'm willing to stay with it but at this point I feel like I'm being robbed. Charging me for a service while habitually failing to deliver on what was agreed upon is criminal. It's literally criminal.
I'm not going to refund the game because it's not about the money for me. It is about accountability. There has to be accountability at some point for this fraudulent behavior. We cannot allow a business entity to get away with such fraud, deception and lack of transparency.
I don't mean to sound hyperbolic it's just that I'm not okay with a big money corporation getting away with these shenanigans.

It is happening on both Conquest & Breakthrough. Judging by the chat I'm not the only one not able to get into a game after the update

In 2042, I'm clicking "play" and for both conquest and breakthrough, and all portal modes (basically everything in the game). it'll matchmake, do a little animation, then I get booted right back to the "play" menu and it doesn't load me in. Does anyone know what's happening? It'll search for a game, give me the aircraft carrier animation, do another scene just revolving around my character with no loading symbol, then boots me right back to the play screen.

(i did mess with some settings in the player config, like enable dx12, and I have crossplay disabled, but I don't think this affects anything? Sometimes it works and I get put into a game, other times it doesn't and I have to keep trying. I've cleared steam and origin cache and it didn't do anything.)

I concur, since update 3 can't play any games, kicked out within 20 seconds.
Even solo mode does not work, can't play this game now.
Applied update 3, applied the mouse fix, read forums, tried everything I can see except un-install the game. (Thinking about it.)
Is there anyway of getting this message across to fix this??

Still not fixed. Haven't been able to join a game of Breakthough since Friday night.

@EA_Atic I get sent back to the main menu and to a rotating screen around my operator every time I try to play either with friends or even Alone
