stuck under map

hello , i would like to report a bug i experience in battlefield 2042

platform :pc (laptop)

map :all map

mode :conquest 64

issue ; after spawning ,my soldier fell through the ground and got stuck under the map after realeas skill specialy drone scanning and misile anti tank  .i could not move or escape the area .the only solution i was to unrealeas my skill and redeploy /respawn
