Yepp same here :-(
- Tried testing some setting in AMD Software nothing changed.
- Did a DDU and installed from scratch which did not work.
- Did another DDU and tried the old Adrenaline driver 23.12.1 which worked.
- @Steeled15 Roll back to 23.12.1
Buy Nvidia
Download older well working Nvidia drivers, save in on desktop or other (save offline installer) , then delete & install drivers folow by this post (#293)
GL
- Had same issue. After testing various configuration changes in game and in Adrenaline without resolve, rolling back to driver 23.12.1, as mentioned by in this thread, solve the issue.
- Spoiler
I don't know why you're surprised that some AMD version lowers GPU performance. I once had a Radeon HD 6950 (the graphics were really great for those times) and I also had the same problem - they deliberately lowered the graphics performance with newer drivers to buy a new GPU. In CoD BO I, the 140 FPS dropped to 100 FPS (the monitor and graphic settings were not modified). AMD has it 🙂, I haven't seen it on Nvidia yet, so to speak. Nvidia currently doesn't have to do such tricks, because they know that people will buy their products because of better technology. On AMD, as far as I know, even the FPS limit from the GPU driver control panel does not work properly.
That's not a fix. It's just an overpriced, fanboy go to. Let me insert a 4090 for a couple of grand so my pc burns down. Funny how AMD processors are rated the top CPU to pair with the 4000 series. Bet you would suggest and overpriced Intel processor as a fix as well.

I have a 4090, game is still stuttering like mad lately.
It was fine for months, but something recently has bugged it out.I had this issue and also downgraded to the previous driver to fix. Make sure to make a bug report in the adrenaline software so AMD might fix this.
Here is a link for the downgrade to 23.12.1 from 24.1.1.

I have a RTX 3060 ti, i7 9700, 32 gb of RAM on a tuff mb and I have horrible stuttering issues in 128 man servers. I think it's their servers.
