Stuttering Issues On Newest AMD Graphics Driver (Adrenaline 24.1.1)

Yepp same here :-(

- Tried testing some setting in AMD Software nothing changed.

- Did a DDU and installed from scratch which did not work.

- Did another DDU and tried the old Adrenaline driver 23.12.1 which worked.
