I got this problem as well. I tried repairing the game, clearing the cache of EA App. Toggling off and on chat option in the game settings, but nothing works.
I see this problem is happening for some time now, and zero dev acknowledgment.
its literally everyone and its on the back end. EA's issue. no amount of effort on any of our parts can resolve this
