I'm on ps5 and getting this too. I do play a lot of solo/coop but not sure if its only occurring there as I haven't tried Lis in pvp.
Its not rare for me, if I fire Lis' G-84 TGM rockets usually after the first or second one the camera starts acting up. And then for the rest of the round if I try to drive or spawn into a vehicle the camera will be broken for that too so the vehicle and the Lis guided missiles are unusable.
Back seats of transport vehicle okay but not front due to camera, can kind of see zoomed in feet or something sometimes?
Found month old reddit posts about same issue so has been around at least that long.
