Before purchacing the game as a standalone copy, did you claim the 10h trial via EA Play?

Nope, And also before the clean install I didnt see the message. 

I pre order the game when I could, so been playing the full game since release. 

Normally I wouldnt mind such messages, But im afraid to lose every progress and thats why I stopped playing right now. I completed all pre season challenges and bought lots of DLC, and I dont want to lose them when.
