The game will loop back to the main menu instead of starting

Summarize your bug When you hit start, the game searches for a match and then loops back to the main menu instead of inserting you into the match.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know, but I will include a link to a video that may help.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game loops back to the main menu
What should be happening instead? It should load into a match

    Note: I took my Xbox back home over winter break, and the game played perfectly every time there, this leads me to believe it is somehow connected to the internet connection, however I have seen other people with the same issue and this is the only game where the online is bugged, I can play call of duty or battlefield V without any lag so the problem shouldn't be the dorm room internet. The Xbox one version works fine and I have had to play that while waiting for a fix.

    @xxalmajed10xx I contacted the support team, they have let me know that they are aware of the issue and are working on it. I was happy to hear that.
