Also have this problem. Even when I select 'All', I only see kills and deaths of squad mates. PC.

Yes! Please fix this, I had to set it to all for now just so that I can get information but it's too much info. Please fix the nearby kill feed

This bug has been present since launch and still has not been fixed for all players even after the Season 1 drop.
