Start the game launcher (ea desktop / steam ect ect) as an administrator.
Or login into windows with administrator rights !

- @seanfox1983 did ya start ea app as an administrator ?
Make sure when ya boot windows , ea app isnt auto boot to.
As soon windows booted, right click ea app and select RUN AS AN ADMINITRATOR.
Then try again to check what it does for you (make sure ea app isnt booting with windows !!!!!!)I've tried all the Suggestions, INCLUDING - Uninstalling the EA App and Reinstalled it, and STILL get the error Msg. Even if I try to repair it before I update it.... NOTHING I do fixes the issue. So now I CAN'T play Sims 4....
