Hi Bro,
Thanks for you advice, and i been try you way. is still same 🤐
Make sure when ya boot windows , ea app isnt auto boot to.
As soon windows booted, right click ea app and select RUN AS AN ADMINITRATOR.
Then try again to check what it does for you (make sure ea app isnt booting with windows !!!!!!)

I've tried all the Suggestions, INCLUDING - Uninstalling the EA App and Reinstalled it, and STILL get the error Msg. Even if I try to repair it before I update it.... NOTHING I do fixes the issue. So now I CAN'T play Sims 4....

Make a New 'Windows Account' and try again? I'm thoroughly confused to say the least. So, just to clarify, when you say 'Windows Account', you're referring to making a New 'Profile' on the laptop? Or am I having a TOTAL Brain-Fart and waaay off? 🤦🏻♀️ LoL

• Am I understanding You CORRECTLY?
IF I am, say I do that and STILL get the ERROR Msg, then what? What do I do/try Next?? Isn't there a way to ACTUALLY Contact EA about the issue?? I've been trying for DAYS, but every time I try to find a way to contact them, I either CAN'T find a way anywhere, or if I do, it's ONLY an automated system that DOESN'T have the right options for my situation and no matter what I do, it WON'T let me connect to a live person or even email EA Customer Service...
• In the unfortunate case that I'm WAAY off and sound stupid lol, would be PLEASE better explain to Me exactly what you meant? I'd greatly appreciate it! As you can imagine, this is extremely infuriating and is just like to fix the issue so I can Play.
