Turbo boost not working

Hi, turbo boost isn't working while playing bf 2042. Intel 9700kf. yes my pc is in high performance mode (turbo boost works fine with all other games/apps).

    @Rokebo73 Sorry but what do you mean for boosting system? No extra sw or overclocking settings applied. Just Riva tuner to check hardware usage
