I am still encountering this bug just about every time I play. UI Elements will be constantly buffering, including the map which sometimes will just never load.
I've tried clearing cache, documents folder, reinstalling, repairing, and even a fresh Windows install at one point and nothing has fixed this bug. My PC is more than capable of running this game so it's not a hardware issue.

I just looked at my motherboards manual and found that my keyboard was already plugged into a USB 2.0 port 😅
USB 2.0 ports on a computer poll at 8,000Hz.

Ok I unplugged my keyboard and launched the game. Kept keyboard unplugged and used a controller to play the game. UI Elements buffering right off the bat this time. Any other ideas? Was really hoping this could get forwarded to the developers in hopes of this getting fixed before support ends.
I'm beginning to think the UI icons are downloaded from an EA server over the internet, and for some reason they're not downloading.
You can try changing the DNS server in Windows from your ISP DNS server to Google's DNS server (8.8.8.8).

You could also try playing Battlefield through a VPN which will put you on a different network than your ISP network
Just tried on both iPv4 and iPv6.. no luck.
It's the game, not your PC. We have it all in the group of friends that play.
