Summarize your bug UI/HUD elements in game will constantly be buffering. As seen in the attached video, this happens to pretty much everything in the customization menu. Attachments, skins, plus menu.. it all buffers making it hard to select what I'm looking for. I've also seen this happen to the bottom HUD elements on the bottom right corner of the screen during gameplay.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know.

What should be happening instead? No buffering.
I have tried reinstalling the game, repairing/verifying game files, and clearing the documents folder for the game. I think I have even reinstalled Windows since it started happening and it hasn't been solved. This has been happening since probably update 7.2 if I had to guess.
I have a 5800x3D, 4090, 32gb RAM, and an NVME SSD. This isn't a hardware issue.
