Unable to connect to EA servers

Hello,

I have been trying to play the game for the last few days. What seems to be the issue? Battlefield 1 and Battlefield V work fine so it isn't an internet issue. It's very frustrating!

    Hey @ErebusBaloch Thanks for this information, would it be possible to go through the following if you have not already?

    • Repair the game via your client
    • Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Check any security software or router settings that may block comminucation 
    • Switch from Wi-Fi to ethernet, or if unable move closer to your router. 
    • Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server) 
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

    @ErebusBaloch This is what worked for me. When I was logging onto the game. It wanted me to change my Ea password. I kept changing it on the game and then this error would show up. Do the password change on your phone battlefield app. Once I changed it there I turned the game off and started it up again. When right to the user agreements page. Hope this helps!

    Excuse me do you mind I ask yourself a question please?? I keep gettig told I need to reset my password for my ea account to get into battlefield 2042 but a have done so and still it throws up the error code of

    1:3300J:1502I:1:3300J:1502I:-403319830:0B 

    What do I do? I just want to play the game and find this is stressing out my Autism badly and honestly it is effecting my mental health it is stressing me out so much??? Why do I keep getting this? I can play other EA games but not this one particular game and dont see why I cannot play it when a done what a keep getting asked....
