EA Anticheat TeamCan I get a full MSInfo from anyone still having issues? I'd want to see the full file, not just the hardware components someone submitted earlier.
It needs to include components (particularly the Network section) and software environment.
It would probably be best if you submit those to me directly via DM just in case any user information is included.
This is trying to find a needle in a haystack with no idea where the haystack even is. We've been unable to reproduce this across hundreds of machines at EA with different hardware and software configuration in different countries altogether and with or without software VPN there was no issue.
We're also working with teams here at EA to see if we can get more debugging information written from the EA app that might be helpful for us as we investigate, but so far have found no specific clues as to why this issue would happen accidentally. All signs point to firewall or networking blocks in place, and many of you verbally confirmed you checked for that earlier.
Hello @AntiCheatWard, i think i found the problem for the disconnecting issue that EA anticheat is detecting. Where can i dm you or you can dm me, so i can share you a proof in a video format that ID card reader is the problem which gets you disconnected while playing a game.
OMG unbelievable! BRAVO man! I had ID and healt card reader software installed on my system. Unistalled both and now everything works as it should.

I am not an expert to those kind of things but 100% its that thing that causes issues with the anticheat. Game is working fine without that program, but alot of people for example my friend needs that program for work and the game i tested it for my self, after 5-10 min of play time game is automatically disconnecting you and it says check your internet connection.
BF1 user here. Been getting disconnects after the recent AC update. Pathping to AC server stops at my ISP boundary, but removing ID card reading software (multiple ones that I have been using) seems to solve the issue. Managed to play almost 1 hour without disconnects. Will test more over the weekend. If this is solved, I will gradually add back software I need, just to find the culprit.

My son was complaining about this problem - said it was happening for months - I did an examination of his PC and it turned out he was ignoring the popup admin requester asking for administrator PIN from EA Anticheat... so I had to enter PIN three times and now his game is working. Is there some way for this EA anti-cheat to run without asking for admin password every time?

EA anticheat is not alone in struggling with this software, as you can see multiple external reports of widely used software (including Python! https://github.com/python/cpython/issues/79846#issuecomment-1093808502) having difficulty with SSL network connections when this certificate is present.
We are developing a plan to remediate this on our end, but I don't have a set date for that fix yet.
In the meantime, the only solution is to remove the certificate manually or uninstall the software whenever you want to play.
I have been battling this issue for months, ever since I installed the game this has been the issue for me. Support was no help, but it finally seems we may be getting down to the bottom of this. I unfortunately do not have the ID Card reader software installed (at least any that I am able to find) would there be any other similar programs I might have that would be causing this issue?
What certificate am I specifically looking for to remove?
I am having the same issue on two different machines at two different locations with two different connections types. Cant get EA support to answer a ticket, chat system doesnt exist. This is just sad.

Hi , i have found fix to "unable to connect EA servers" my error code was 1:4688822970:-4685921B
I disabled my IPV6 and use only IPV4 and set primary dns 1.1.1.1 and secondary 8.8.8.8
this can be done in ethernet settings in control panel and you have to go IPV4 and "properties or options" where you can manually set primary and secondary DNS
Then you must enter CMD in "system operator mode" and type
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
netsh winsock reset
then restart computer and "clear cache" in EA app recovery and also in Steam Clear cache to be sure that old dns is gone.

You couldn't tell me what all this stuff you're writing means. I have the same problem and I want to solve it, but I don't understand anything you wrote. It's too technical. I have the problem with two EA games after my son changed the player name on his EA account.
Any fix? i too am having the same type of error and i do not have this software. I am sure its a similar issue though but even after a complete wipe of my machine i still run into the error
