"Unable to Load Persistence Data" - Season 2 / Season 3

I need some information from you to investigate the issue.

  • What platform are you on? 
  • Time stamp trying to connected to the server (example: GMT +1 - 15:00) 
  • What country are you in?
  • What ISP are you using? 
  • What is your gamertag? 
  • What error code are you getting?

    First time trying to play since season 3 came out.  No issues prior (besides black screen and locking up randomly on map changes...posted in another thread a billion times with no help so not expecting anything here either).   Now getting this unable to load persistence data BS.  Have tried everything previously mentioned.
