What happens when the bug occurs? Intro of the game keeps looping and measage appears again
What should be happening instead? It should load my data and enter to the game`s menu
Can`t go into the game menu. Keep showing Unable to load persistence data?what to do?
I am getting this error while trying to play Battlefield 2042
Unable to load persistence data. Game will return to start
menu. Please check your Internet connection, make sure
the Platform Client is online and try again.
I have tried following things
-restart EA app
-logout then log in to EA app
-restart PC
-repair battlefield 2042 from EA app
-restart router
-verified that internet is working correctly
All the threads I could find only suggest the above solutions which I have already tried.
Please merge on this thread bro, I don't find that this EA want to help us as no one reply
After update still get the error unable too load persistence data
One thing that worked for me was changing the wi-fi or the network you are in I tried loading the game with mobile network and it worked maybe try that not a permanent fix though EA really need to look into this.
