Sadly when I called the ISP, there was nothing they could do. They kept asking for the server IP, which isn't made public at all (downside of not having dedicated servers). Failing to provide them with the information they need to check on their (ISP's) end, that was a dead end.
My problem somehow self-resolved, unsure if has anything to do with the work that the support team has done behind the scenes, after nearly two weeks.

@MentalReaper Same as my ISP as well, they want to try to check IP Server as the ISP technician came home and checking all connection settings, and working well with other games.
I'm definitely sure this thread are seen by them but they ignore it and it having the same error almost over a month.
