Hey DICE, DarkSoulsGuyX here, your video game realist.(<This is my gamertag on Xbox btw). This particular error always seems to come up honestly everytime I try to log in to play Battlefield 2042 on Xbox Series X, around 8am AEST (Australia Eastern Standard Time.) for some unknown reason.
I'm afraid this is an issue on your end that needs to be addressed quite immediately, otherwise some of us can't play the game you've been working so hard on to play, and that's not what the Battlefield community wants at launch and its quite disappointing in reality, with a bit of grace so to speak.
So my advice, being in the video game industry for alot of years, is to honestly iron out these issues as quickly as possible for the sake of your entire franchise and Battlefield 2042s or you won't honestly get the same reception again, and you'll be asked to give people there money back for almost every game you develop and release.
Im terribly sorry, but I speak for everyone here and it's what almost everyone has said and felt in the last week of Battlefield 2042s Launch.
You could have done better here, I really should not have to step in and explain this to your entire staff period, your not 343 Industries, don't be like them don't act like them, we all know how that war ended, once they acully listened to the people.
This was in a public beta testing for one week, sorry to be the reality crushing stone here, but it's honestly not enough nowadays anymore to just rush a game out and expect it to meet the high expectations of Battlefield fans, who have been here since the beginning. You just can't ok, I know this from experience.
So be prepared to crunch some serious hours to fix up your development and get Battlefield 2042 fixed up, because boy did you learn the hard way and a reaction from the gaming community with a lesson on rushing game development, you got in return. - DarkSoulsGuyX
