With the latest patches, we have done several fixes and see the original issue as solved.
If you do come across this issue again please make a new topic about the issues with as much detail as possible.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load Kaleidoscope. Don't know if it happens with any other areas because it's always Kaleidoscope

Unable to join a multiplayer match
I literally just downloaded the game on Origin, Alienware Aurora PC, and the very first time I attempted to play the game I got the attached error message.
Hi - I saw this marked as resolved elsewhere by EA support, on an OP from last Friday. It's not resolved so I'll open it again.
I was able to 'play' three games tonight. One completed successfully, the other two... yes two in a row... I was downed and bugged into the "forever down, cant be revived, cant die" deathloop. Had to leave two games.
Then the persistence error happened. Tried to login six times now. Close steam, close origin, restart PC, network test from another machine (internet is fine). It's seriously so depressing to wait so long for a match after work, get bugged out twice, then become unable to play completely.
Whatever, just letting you know this isnt resolved and I'm an unhappy customer that has purchased all the battlefronts, most of the battlefields, I could go on but I'm too tired and sad about this.
I'm also curious about when voicechat is coming and how I'm supposed to communicate in a squad based game, to my squad. I believe during the install or first launch I was faced with a "this is a squad game" splash screen, was I not?
If I could have one of the two addressed, please let me know about the persistence error. I understand that you've made the decision to not use voice chat in a modern squad based shooter and will respectfully disagree with the approach, whatever that's worth. As of right now I cant even login play the game I paid a C-note for, so there's more pressing matters.

Same issues here. Stuck trying to load into the main menu. Same Unable to load persistence data error appearing without end.
I feel ya I bought the gold pack 4 days ago and still haven't got to play a single match because it won't let me in to the main menu.
Is there even a fix yet? I started getting this
