unable to load persistence data

Any one still having problems with "unable to load persistence data". I keep running into this problem multiple times a week. I have tried all the fixes from changing the DNS and flushing it, restarting my pc, turning cross play off, turning it back on, restarting my network, verifying the game files, EA app recovery, reinstalling the game, reinstalling windows. nothing seems to do the trick so that makes me feel like it's got to be on EA end. 

the PC is connected via Cat6 to my router. running Xfinity internet. 

Anyone have any fixes that work?
