Unable to load persistent data after update 5.2

I know many vets may know this but I'm a new player and I had never encountered this. I received this error when trying to load into Conquest Hourglass. 

Disabling Crossplay fixed this immediately. But since then I have been stuck in a lobby of 1/64...it has gone up to 5/64 but it is taking so long people are leaving and coming in. Been about 15 minutes as I am testing it and still not enough people to launch the map.

I am on PC and I have never had this error or experienced this issue of having a match start before. Played last night and the last couple of months with no issues having a match start. 

Crossplay seems to be the cause of the error. 

Turned crossplay back on and switched over to Conquest 128 and was put in a game right away. 

You can only play the new map hahahahaha

Hi guys, i played BF2042 in May and everything works fine, after nearly 2 months i wanted to play this game again but... i can t, the game is broken. i have several issues with this game including "cannot load persistance data" and i doesn t have AT T provider, i have Slovak Telecom. First bug is texture bug  saw that  in menu, hair textures are broken on  characters like Boris or Falck... For this bug i tried repair button on EA launcher but it  doesn t help so i tried reinstall the driver using ddu uninstaller but did it help? No, problem was still here ( i tried older gpu driver wich i used when i played this game 2 months ago  but it didn t helped). Ofc i tried reinstall game but that didn t help aswell, so im stuck there. Second isssue is that game drops without any error, sometimes it drop instantly but sometime the game freeze about 1 second then unfreeze and then i can t move, game is running but it looks like everything stopped, players didn t moving, like your internet connection stopped working and then game after 10 seconds will drop without any error. So now what, what  can i  do ? or i just need to wait for repair patch ? thanks for respones

AMD RX 6800 XT stock

R7 5800 X3D ( i have undervolted the cpu using PBO curve optimizer in BIOS but i don t think that it have some connections with these issues becasue like i said i played it 2 months ago without any issues)

32 GB RAM 3600 mhz cl 18 stock 

750 W Psu 

1 TB SSD Kingstone 

Gpu temps 82c Cpu temps 65c while gaming 

Same issue in Canada. Unable to load persistence data on Game Pass PC. I've tried every troubleshooting technique they've had. Game worked fine for months, now for the past ~3 weeks I've had the Unable to load persistence data error when trying to join a game.
