Unable to run Battlefield games is an incompatible program

Can't run the Battlefield series games, can't run Battlefield 2042 and Battlefield 5, these two games when running with the EA app, suddenly blue screen will appear different blue screen code. I tried to change the operating system, updated all the hardware drivers, disabled all the boot items, but still blue screen can not enter the game. I still get errors when running Battlefield 2042, and suddenly exit from the game to the desktop when running Battlefield 5. I can't think of any other way to do this except to replace my computer hardware. I did a compatibility test on both games and the results showed an incompatible program.
