Unable to Sprint, Reload, or Shoot. Cant drive vehicles

Summarize your bug I start a match, gun shoots right away. Then everytime i switch weapons it shoots, but not when i try to shoot. No matter what i do, hit esc, it shoots again. I also cant sprint or drive vehicles. I can get in, but i cant drive them. Reloading isnt an option either. Probably among other things.

I start a match, gun shoots right away. Then everytime i switch weapons it shoots, but not when i try to shoot. No matter what i do, hit esc, it shoots again. I also cant sprint or drive vehicles. I can get in, but i cant drive them. Reloading isnt an option either. Probably among other things. 

I have reinstalled the game, repaired anti cheat, unpliugged and plugged back in every periphial. Checked drivers for all, rolled back to the update before the current one for nvidia.
