Unable to unlock all weapons in the Apache

Summarize your bug I am unable to unlock all weapons for the Apache helicopter. I am able to use higher-tiered weapons, but lower mastery unlocked weapons are greyed out. For instance, I can equip and use anti-personnel rockets, but the antivehicle rockets (a lower unlock threshold) are not available to use. I've used the Apache in co-op and MP, but still no unlocks.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure how to replicate.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am unable to use certain weapons on the Apache, despite having more than enough kills for all weapons to be available to me.
What should be happening instead? I should have all weapons unlocked for the Apache by now.
This is an older issue, from the first few weeks of the game's launch. I reported it to EA Help Twitter, and they said a fix was imminent - that was back in late November.
Basically, I should have all weapons/systems unlocked for the Apache. I can use higher-tiered weapons like the anti-personnel rockets, but not lower-tiered like the air-to-ground missile or the anti-vehicle rocket pack. This isn't happening to any other vehicles. So far.
