I’m a couple months late to the chat but I’m having the same issue! I recently downloaded 2042 on PC to partake in the BF6 rewards. As a long time Battlefield fan I’m stoked for the new game. I unfortunately never got into 2042 (played for a very short time on Xbox) just didn’t really care for the game. I downloaded the game from the Xbox Game Pass on PC, I played TWO games got off for the night and roughly 24hrs later I load the game up just for it to say I’m permanently banned. I check my email and was sent the same message saying I was cheating, which is incredibly frustrating. I appealed the ban, still haven’t heard anything 4 days later the current status of my appeal is “incident update provided” which I never received and update email… However, under the penalties section of my account it says there is no history of violation? But my account data still clearly shows the ban.
EA are a joke literally banned as well and again my account shows no history or violations. However, when I load up 2042 it says I am permanently banned from the game. Like are these people seriously? show evidence that people are cheating. You can't just ban people because you're like. Oh yeah he's cheating we will ban him without any actual evidence. Do you know why you got no actual evidence because I wasn't cheating. If I was cheating I wouldn't be able to play any other battlefield game which is not the case. I can still play for 2042 on my PlayStation so what's the issue?
