Unlockable extended mag bug (AC-42 and VCAR)

Product: Battlefield 2042
Platform:PC

Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Multiplayer

Summarize your bug I unlocked both extended mag for AC-42 and VCAR and both didnt provide ammo size as intended.. AC-42 : only has 39 mag size instead of 50 as stated VCAR: didnt provide any extra ammo mag at all. (still 20 instead of 48 as stated)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play the game and unlock the ammo pls
What happens when the bug occurs? no extra mag. All the grind is for nothing
What should be happening instead? give me proper mag size as stated in the GUI

    Same for me this is a big issue for me because I am currently trying to get tier 1 on the AC-42, iv unlocked everything and I’m currently using the extended mag that’s supposed to give you 50 but instead is 39. I thought it was the only weapon with that issue but clearly there’s another one, this needs to be fixed as soon as possible. You put so much hours grinding to unlock all these upgrades and it still doesn’t give you the full benefit. Please fix.

    @Garuda_DMR This happening to me on ps5 as well I unlocked the extended mag for AC-42 and to find out it's bugged out at 39 rounds nothing fixes it I think we just need to wait for then to fix it. Nothing we can do on our end

    Same issue for me with AC-42 50 round mag. After unlock, when i equip it it shows 39 rounds. I’m on PS5

    I hit level 11 Mastery with the VCAR yesterday and still do not have the standard issue or drum mags unlocked. The kill tracker says I have the correct amount of kills, but they are still locked.

    Unlocked via Co-op Breakthrough.

    I just unlocked the "50 round" magazine for my AC-42 and I got the same issue [only 39 rounds(3 extra trigger pulls)]. I guess that's better than doing the required kills and the attachment straight up not unlocking for you though

    Vcar:
    "Close Combat / Drum" only has 24 bullets instead of 30 in the description it says "controllable automatic fire" but it shoots semi fire only and dont have the option to switch

    "Close Combat" says it has 48 bullets only has 20

    "Close Combat / hicap" 20 bullets... i believe there is supposed to be more bullets in it?

    description say "low recoil ammunition" but there is 0 difference between the factory ammo and the close combat ammo might look into that too lmao...


    MP28:
    same goes for the MP28 Drum says 30 bullets but it has only 24?

    how are they able to balance a pp29 and other guns but not the ammo types and modes?

    read again its not about locked attachment its about the magazine which does not provide whats described and its still a issue
