Variable Zoom button is not assignable, Hard-Coded to "F"

So another keybinding issue...  There is no entry in Key Bindings - "On Foot" mappings relating to 'variable zoom' or 'change zoom level'.  And yet in game if you press "F", it toggles the variable z...
