    FIX
    I logged in and played with the weapon in question in a PvP game mode. Upon reaching a new mastery rank, all of the gear attached to previous mastery ranks finally unlocked.

I've had this issue aswell.

I surprisingly only have it with the american Tank.

All the others weapons/vehicles that I have tested seem fine

      @Hubbleton didnt worked to me
      even though i reached the next mastery level
