    FIX
    I logged in and played with the weapon in question in a PvP game mode. Upon reaching a new mastery rank, all of the gear attached to previous mastery ranks finally unlocked.

Hey I had this same issue when I was unlocking masterys in solo/co-op, so I just went back to regular multiplayer then got a mastery for that weapong or vehicle and got those unlocked....hope this helps you 🙂

Having the same issue.  My problem is I went crazy in pvp (200 kills) and now I don't have any further to progress except a skin that's 700 kills away.
