Weapon loadouts greyed out then wiped!

Summarize your bug I’ve made all my loadouts, attachments for plus system and weapon/ vehicle skins. I play conquest then on the next map my loadouts are greyed out and I can’t spawn without swapping specialist then I spawn with a factory M5A3 and my loadout is reset and all skins off every specialist & vehicle is reset! Seriously frustrating!
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Usually it happened when I was in the customisation menu during the game loading in to a match.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can’t spawn until I change specialist! Get factory M5A3! Lose all loadout settings saved and lose all weapon & vehicle skins!
What should be happening instead? I should be able to spawn in with my saved loadouts and skins! ‌

    this needs to be addressed sooner than "early december".

    this bug effects me in 9 out of 10 matches that i join (in all out warfare). same for my friends that play (PS5 and PC)

    every match i have to choose my weapon, add all the attachments, add all of my vehicle attachments, as well as set all of my skins again.

    as far as I'm concerned this is the biggest and most frustrating bug currently in the game.

    A fix/patch needs to be pushed earlier than 2 weeks from now, i've been dealing with this since day one of the early release.

    11\26\2021 still having this issue it was good for almost a full day then it came back

    Same problem on the XBox X Series. It always happens if I open the settings or customizations before a game. Or if I unlock new equipment/mods for my gear/weapons.

    EA,

    I see this too and it appears to be random.  First game on startup, fifth game, not sure.  Sometimes just exiting the match and starting a new one works.  Sometimes restarting game itself, sometimes turning off PS5 then back on.

    I can play one game, then let the auto timer take me into another match where the load outs are greyed out.  If I force a new match or start from scratch can happen as well.

    I also noticed after I get the greyed out loadouts on a match start, any customization done to the specialist and vehicles are put back to default if I leave the match and I have to set them back up.

    Update-

    After the December 2nd update there are still loadout issues. Doesn’t seem to be as bad but I don’t like using vehicles because that’s the stuff I lose. I also noticed loadout issues start early in a match setup and the Specialist themselves don’t load on the screen showing the team makeup. It only shows my name tags and not my Specialist. That’s when I know my load outs haven’t loaded.

    Totally agree!  I have Xbox Series X, and to play with my friends on Xbox One, I had to download 2 separate software packages, it seems to happen on both quite frequently.

    I stopped playing because of this issue. It's super annoying and until they fix this I refuse to get on another game. I just want to switch and change loadouts but always makes me take the factory set.

    I am having the same issue on Xbox Series X. It is super annoying, pretty  much have to close the game after every match and reset all my skins etc to be able to choose my loadouts
