Weapon loadouts greyed out then wiped!

I see this too and it appears to be random.  First game on startup, fifth game, not sure.  Sometimes just exiting the match and starting a new one works.  Sometimes restarting game itself, sometimes turning off PS5 then back on.

I can play one game, then let the auto timer take me into another match where the load outs are greyed out.  If I force a new match or start from scratch can happen as well.

I also noticed after I get the greyed out loadouts on a match start, any customization done to the specialist and vehicles are put back to default if I leave the match and I have to set them back up.

Update-

After the December 2nd update there are still loadout issues. Doesn’t seem to be as bad but I don’t like using vehicles because that’s the stuff I lose. I also noticed loadout issues start early in a match setup and the Specialist themselves don’t load on the screen showing the team makeup. It only shows my name tags and not my Specialist. That’s when I know my load outs haven’t loaded.
