Weird kill cam (glitches)

So, when I die, the kill cam is look like I'm prone but it's not, actually I'm die.

It happen usually when I've a very high ping, above 150ms. Anybody know how to fix this?!

I've already tried all possibilities, like:

• Reinstall the game
• Repair the game
• REINSTALL MY OS
• Reinstall my driver
• Crosscheck my GPU temp
• etc

Please help me...
