Update: It seems to do it across multiple maps and on all vehicles, even if I regularly spawn into the map and have the vehicles air-dropped in. It also appears that the camera is just "stuck", the vehicles move but the camera stays in the same place. If I switch positions in the vehicle its fine, but the second I switch to the driver/pilot position the camera switches to a 3rd person view and stays in the same place.
