Yeah it affects a few things, unfortunately. So long as you set the Portal playlist up with minimal changes you can still unlock upgrades for weapons and vehicles. They should work for Weely Missions too if they come back. Depending on what I want to unlock, I use a few different ones myself.
If it saves you some hassle, the code for the one I made recently for unlocking attachments for the Draugr is ABSBWJ. It's just Conquest Large with the maps I remembered having air vehicles at the time, and the only change I made is setting it to PVP AI.
