Hi @UNSTOPABLE4567,
Are you still running into the same issues when you're trying to play?
If so, does it seem like it's happening when you're queued for a specific map or game mode, or is just any match you're trying to join?
I can say I am still having this issue on PS5 and have been since the day the game was released. I can get into a game every now and then, but 90+ percent of the time I cannot. It says joining game, I get the shot of the camera rotating around my character, and then a black screen, then a loading icon, then back to the screen I launched from.
I've tried the connectivity guide, nothing changes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. My internet is plenty fast enough, but to get into a game its a series of shutting down the game and restarting, trying different game modes, disconnecting and reconnecting to the internet, then if i'm lucky I can join a game after about...15-20 minutes of trying random fixes per game. Last night I managed to get one game in, then could not connect to another game after 30 mins of trying. I have not been able to connect to a single Hazard Zone game, ever. I cannot get games to launch in solo / coop mode, and I cannot join Portal games either.
I enjoy the game when it connects, and playability wise I have no complaints with how the game runs, but its such a hassle to join servers that it makes it difficult to even bother trying.

Thank you, I appreciate the info!Does this only happen when you try queuing up for a game after the first one ends, or does it still get stuck even on the first time you try to queue after starting the game?
Happens when I first start the game, and always after I manage to get in to a game. After today's update, I can't get into a game at all...tried for over a hour.

Can we try running through some troubleshooting steps to see if we can help stop this from happening?
A good place to start out would be with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. If you're still running into the same issues after that please let me know. Thanks!
Just curious, do you have cross play off?
Yeah hi,
I've tried the troubleshooting tips you posted, as well as reinstalling the game multiple times, but I cannot get it to sign into ea at any point.
It comes up as a notification saying screen recording is off due to blocked scene or whatever, then I get the menu to accept ea's terms then it just cuts out either before I get a chance to click x or just after I click x and before I get to click next.
"The connection with ea was lost " every time. Not sure what to do to actually play this game.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Hello, I have purchased this version of Benefield on PlayStation five haven’t been able to play a game since I have purchased it. I load up the game and I am stuck in a continuous loop. It’s asking me to reset my password because my login confidential have expired. I have done so still having that issue. Can you please solve my problem as I haven’t played the game once since I purchased it. Thank you
I have the same problems here since friday. No way to connect to a Server anymore.
