For me the performance issues are completely resolved.
Now this:
FYI i figured out how to fix it, verify your game files. i had 22 files fail to validate and redownload and now i dont have the issue.
same problem here for last 2 weeks
I keep getting kicked from Battlefield, Message player removed from game, Game ended, all players disconnected. Didn't do this until after the update. Gets to be frustrating after a while because I'm trying to up grade my badges and i m losing kills and XP. Also would to report a bug in the new GoL rifle the scopes lose focus when you reload.
I know it didn't worked for everybody.
Bur, as i mentionned in this thread:
The solution for me was to uninstall the game (using CCleaner for clean uninstall) and re install it. Maybe (i have no idea i try to help) the uninstall part was not done properly by Origin when you did it and could try my way.
It solved the problem for me.

PC game is broke
I've come back to 2042 before the Liquidators event and ive been kicked 3 times from different games. I've never cheated, never will cheat, and seriously hate cheaters (if i encounter them)
I play 2042 on PC with a controller since launch. what is causing this error with this BS Easy Anti cheat system???
There's actually an anti-cheat in this? The game is utterly invested with an influx of low rank hackers as of late and none of them get booted. Go figure ><
