Why I'm I having a lot of mouse movement delay?

Greetings everyone,

Shortly after the beta had come out, I jumped straight into it because as a battlefield enthusiast, I wanted to test out the new game. I really liked the game aside of the issues I encountered, and the main one was an issue that I had with my mouse. The mouse had a lot of movement delay, like when I look to the right quickly, it felt like I'm using a controller and not moving as fast as I am moving the mouse IRL. I had checked the sensitivity settings and played a bit with that, but sadly it had never fixed my issue.

Then I thought "welp, it might get fixed in the future before the full game is released, and I'm sure that someone out there has the same issue, surely someone from the developers is aware of this issue". Apparently I was wrong, and I still have the issue when I loaded the pre-loaded game.

I've tried removing the controller and arrow controls from the keybind settings, but that hasn't fixed my issue. I then thought to turn the graphics down a notch, and so I did set it to Medium and then to Low to see if that fixes the issue, guess what... it never did and the game is really unplayable for me right now. I never have encountered this issue before, not with R6S nor with the other battlefield games (4 and 3). The following YouTube video is of me trying to move the mouse as fast as possible (From left to right) and then (From the top to bottom) to see the reaction time. You can see that there is clearly a delay in reaction time and mouse movement. None of the settings worked for me for some reason, neither sensitivity. I also have tried to go to the Nvidia control panel and change a couple settings there to have the best performance within the game itself, but that didn't work too. I have tried to set the priority to high within my running processes, but sadly it didn't work.

My Pc specs are as following:

- AMD Ryzen 7 3700X

- Crucial 32 GB 3200Mghz RAM

- Nvidia RTX 2070 Super

- The game is on an SSD as well

- My screen has a refresh rate of 144Hz

- Resolution is 1080x1920 and size is 27"

  • I can't get my mouse sensitivity right no matter what settings I use. This is pissing me off, because I keep overshooting targets, and am unable to track people who are right in front of me. Raw mouse input is literally not working at all.
